Caribel Condos

The Caribel is unique. This 16 unit condo sits on 2 + acres nestled between the Pioneer Creek and the Red River just 1 block from the ski slopes. It has a private pond stocked with 12” – 16” fish. NO fishing license is required. Rules do apply. There’s a swimming pool, children’s play ground, and gas and charcoal grills w/picnic tables around the lake. Our units sleep 2 – 6 people. Cable TV, wireless internet, daily maid service and coin operated laundry are all included. When these fractionally owned units are not occupied by their owners they’re open for rent to the public.
